I'm going to suggest that since the volumes are an unknown at this point, both parties will want the opportunity to re-negotiate after two years once a track record of volume has been established. There may be a longer term agreement following the initial agreement remembering that the 'chinese investors' have negotiated them being a distributor for volume into PRC.
