I believe there was wiggle room on the payment of the first tranche. 

Doodlebug, whether it be Chinese, Russian, American or Martian, human (and Martian) nature when it comes to business is to pull any stunt you can when it comes to delaying payment.  Business ethics are far from pure. 

There is nothing in the share price or volume that indicates we are receiving $8 million by October 31. 

And if it’s delayed, the excuse will not seem reasonable to me, but, again, my memory is that there is wiggle room on that first tranche.
