I am hoping that the NR will include two anouncements

1.the vote to accept the conditions of the sale which includes the payment of the first tranche on or before Oct 31 and the taking over of operating expenses at DL.

2. since the vote includes conditions in 1. above I would think that failure to meet those times lines would render the vote invalid? There was no wiggle room in the first tranche payment except as stated "on or before Oct 31".

So I am hoping that Monday we will get an NR that says the sale has been approved and the first tranche has been recieve or is in transit.
