This sort of title for a post, is either subterfuge or poorly thought out. There is, as yet, no delay. So when I and others see this, we immediately assume the worst. Then we have JTB giving it his seel of approval and voila!! We have a long thread milsleading the masses. 

This sort of conjecture about Chinese institutions has been well voiced already and yes, it is a risk. But let's not try and spread fear like this, deliberate or not. Jack might just get his cheaper shares.
