Totally agree.  This smells like they want complete assurance the OI have been fully "vetted" for mass production before the deal closes in entirety.  Some of this language reads to me like cover and I'm fine with it, obviously they are buying Denselight because they see opportunity and they want to know it will fly before everything is completed.  Makes sense, this verbage speaks to "fully qualified" as the real rationale.

It's all coming together, obviously there have been no technical setbacks...
