Sure, no one knows where this is going with any certainty (with the exception of POET execs, and perhaps the Chinese buyers of DL), but there are a lot of people with some pretty strong opinions on where they think it is going.

You have to admit that most likely, the vast majority of common stock in this company resides on this board, and in the hands of the execs. Yes, IBK holds a good amount too...but no institutions otherwise are involved that we are aware of.

Your last sentence is the one I have the most trouble with. Selling DL was always part of the plan, and going fablite was also always part of that plan (in SV's mind). Once the OI was fully, or largely developed, DL was going on the block, so being a component of survival was only dependent on the cash burn at the moment. The company could've gone back to the market for more cash, if required, but chose the debenture route instead, rewarding, somewhat, long term shareholders.

So using the word "survival" is misleading, and honestly, untrue.
