I am wondering what is the need for the conference call?  If they were just announcing the $8M has been received, which they basically did yesterday, with just currency conversion to happen as ODI has been approved, they could just easily do this in a news release.  So why the call??  Just introduce the new Prez?  That seems unlikely.

Any thoughts?  Other than Buy Signal !! !! !!
