This conference call while the market is open is very curious and might imply that something else of material value needs to be disclosed. (but no sign of anything being leaked?)

Given that the first tranche is set to close on Friday (tomorrow) and not really knowing what time of day it will actually close, it would seem to me and given the disclosure history, it is likely we will see a NR on Monday regarding tranche 1 and potentially anything else that is worthy of disclosure.

Having said all of that, it wouldn't surprise me that a NR or possibly a halt on Tuesday prior to the CC given that this is all happening while the market is open.

This is all very curious and worthy of some great speculation........MACOM has issues so I don't think they're a suitor but may be interested in the OI platform to reestablish themselves in the markpetplace.
