The CC confirms the money will be in the bank.  I'm wondering if the deal "closing" in a sense allows for some disclosure related to technical progress?  Everything has been held pretty tight, this CC isn't just a housekeeping exercise imho, without speculating too much, perhaps we get some updates/confirmations, maybe a more formal pathway to high volume manufacturing.  If the theory that this deal doesn't move forward without OI feasibility assurance, then it moving forward, suggests any remaining "ifs" have been validated.

Pretty exciting to say the least, without getting ahead of ourselves.
