You're quite right ITTR that analysts have been invited to CC before but forecasts and financial projections were not a part of the last splurge of information at the AGM. This and the 'floodgate' comments by DL must increase the odds that this is overdue information. The trigger being the finalisation of the first payment which cements the DenceLight Shanghai deal, with also perhaps a clear decision made by our Tier one Customer re the OI which would give rise to potential production rates.
It occurs to me that the cooperative and joint development by engineers of both POET and Customer One of the first product that will contain the OI is part of SV's invisaged development strategy designed for more rapid development of new products. There is every indictment that this has occurred and that the cooperation results are that we may be further down line in development than anticipated. If this is true then it will be more so with developments at DenseLight where SV's innovations would have been more under his control.
We all should remember that SVs words on integration as being keyhe's achieved it in technical design the testing and packaging so why not in the engineering development process.
As in early 2016 the management restructuring heralded the completion of a strategic development phase which now as then requires a CC announcement.
All in my humble opinion of course
