Further to that, as I understand, the validation mentioned is merely ensuring that all componants work in harmony together on a platform.  But after the "validation" still comes the X number of hours of stess testing which could take an additional 4 to 6 months.

Could there be a linkage between the upcoming tranche payments and the upcoming milestonse ie validation=next tranche...
