Like I said before, Vivek is in sync with Suresh's vision.

Also, without casting a shadow on Suresh, I see Vivek as a more charismatic excecutive to Tier1 potential customers. They do really make an awesome duo. Add Bill Ring (and some other folks from Ottawa) and you get the executives in place for a great future.
