While I can identify with your desire to have a NR regarding the qualification of 8th component, I agree with BCD. We the shareholders may see the qualification of the 8th component as a newsworthy item, from the Company's perspective, it may not necessariily be 'material' news.

However, it did cause me to develop a question that hopefully our technically conversant members can answer.

For the 8 individual and independent components of the OI are they mutually exclusive in terms of testing and qualification or, is one a prerequisite of the next? If #1 needs to be qualified before #2 and, #1 + #2 need to be qualified before #3 and so on, then, #8 becomes really material. If they are independently qualified without being a prerequisite of the next, this might explain the time necessary to fully qualify a fully assembled OI.

In any event, history suggests that news will flow when the Company deems necessary although hearing about the status of the $13M on or after December 31st I believe is most assured.
