That statement that it appears you received very recently from IR, would dovetail with the manner in which the payment of the second and third tranches, or more precisely, what POET's rights were in the event that those monies were not paid by the "due" dates.  POET, having anticipated the possible delay in payments, used language to describe those rights which was sufficiently open-ended to allow the response received from IR, which, I believe, is legitimate in view of what has been disclosed previously.  

If one reads about the incredible future for our tech, but puts that together with the lack of movement in the share price and what I'm assuming to be a delayed second tranche, it says TO ME that the buyer is not yet satisfied with the status of the tech.  

Oh, gotta run and place some low ball bids in, as the share price is bound to fall based on the above.  LOL!
