If the news release is with a North American company as was stated, could Huawei be the unknown third party that is interested.  Would this give them a backdoor to the tech as the issues with North American might block them out that way?   If this is game changing tech, is this a way for them to get some leverage?  For the buyer, if mother China dictates it, there would be no resistance.   Is this realistic?
