I think it's reasonable to say that San Jose is the centre of the tech universe and most every major tech corporation and a multitude of others has a presence in that area. To move away from that doesn't make much sense to me. While I appreciate the recent NRs from Poet, this piece of the puzzle is a little too open ended. So what some others are implying is that SV and TM are relocating to the Lehigh Valley? I find that hard to swallow as well.

 I will acknowledge that the Tier 1 may have had some influence in this but overall it just does seem to make sense. 

Like others as well, I look forward to hearing of some more clarity withupcoming news releases.
