1. pre tax income of $300,000.00

2. Profitability forcast of $200,000.

3. # of public lot holders 300

4. minimum free trading public float $1,000,000.00

5. value of free trading public float (c) $ 10,000,000.00

6. market value of issued securities (c) $ 50,000,000.00

7. cash in treasury (c) $10,000,000.00
