I have seen a couple instances recently where warrant prices were negotiated lower rather than have to raise capital and further dilute the company. I am not saying that this will happen, but I do feel it is unlikely that the warrants are in the money in time to be exercised without a major contract announcement. I also don't see these warrants being allowed to expire.
