All this talk about taking out PTK, for 1, 5 or 10$ - is in my opinion not well-reflected.

Poet has no majority shareholder to address. The owners are more or less all retail investors with a majority present here in this forum. Then there is management, IBK, and some others, but I guess no one is holding more than 5%. 

So please explain how an interested party can catch this swarm of herrings?

Buying in the open market? With our average daily volume? 

Or placing an offer for X$ ? Don't you think that the SP would immediately skyrocket, and only a few would sell...

Mazan, you really would you sell for 5$? At an SP of 0,5 CAD now - possibly. But what if the SP is already at  4,90???
