Bigaas,

POET does not have a reliable cashflow. We are by definition, speculative. In times like this, people don't tend to flock into risky assets.

Yes the OI completition is a big step forward, and that is why I think most people here agree 0.4-0.5 is fair, and is averaging down or hold.
