why didn`t the warrants get exercised in a smoking hot stock market prior to  Cov19 and why would they get exercised now with market on the skids and a  possible recession in the future,,

Sorry not sure I’m with you junkers. Isn’t the answer to that obvious?? The warrants are priced at 75c and the sp only hit 55c. Smoking market or not, nobody exercises before the strike price. Even in a turgid market, if the strike price is exceeded, people are likely to exercise them.
