Shorts and security lending pgms

Perhaps Trump and Trudeau will get together and suspend all shorting in North America and the security lending pgms that support it.

Shorting is not a true 'Market' tool. Try and go to a real Market and sell an item that you do not own. In some countries you may loose your left hand....

Oh well, let's see where the day goes.

PS this is not a political 'anything', they just happen to be our current leaders.
