Thank you Mr. Mika for such an explosive and powerful presentation and thank you Rogue for the transcription. The dumbing down of the technology part was done with a touch of professional integrity. The entire presentation can be exhibited to a myriad of people from vastly different backgrounds. Statements at the 4 minute mark to me define POET in a nutshell: "we have validated the POET IO, a potentially disruptive invention that is the cost effective and scalable solution to integrating photonics and electronic devices. The proof of concept is behind us."
The following 2 bold statements further outline what POET is all about:
"POET is the first company to demonstrate all of the complex optical engines fully at wafer level and at the time to be completely compatible with standard semiconductor processes."
"we are executing our strategy focusing on what we regard as a disruptive invention that has almost unlimited potential for growth."
Now isn't that throwing down the gauntlet? Is anybody disputing these robust statements? It looks like patience may be paying off after 10 years or so. Having said all that I would like to know (other than the avid POET agoracom fans) who was the audience for yesterday's presentation. Thus far today there have only been 52k shares traded on the OTC market.
