Dash: And no, the hermetic seal is only to weatherproof the OI for use with outdoor applications, as far as I know.

I appreciate the clarification.

Now, as for your "not sure why this keeps coming up", I surely hope the same also applies to all those take-over discussions that pollute this board from time to time...
