McWitty please stop. This forum is for everyone. As far as I can tell you have a number of posts that were flagged as violations which hub leaders allowed to remain with an ignore violation action. 

Please take a break. A lot of people are stressed out and no one wants added stress. Communications can be difficult at best and it is easy to see a message as negative when often it is not.
