Don’t expect too much! This is one of those usual investor conference where the company presents itself and explains what they are doing. As Tom Mika said, a big news release and an investor conference on the same day would be purely coincidental.

However, these events typically give us more details and a much (or somewhat) deeper insight into topics we have heard about before.
