The Covid excuse seems a like a bit of a stretch considering how long this deal has been in the works.

The conspiracy theorist in me thinks this delay could be part of another retaliation against Canada for the recent Huawei-Meng Wanzhou hearings and/or Tuesdays announcement of Bell switching to Ericsson, but then again I'm probably wrong and just bored and tired of waiting for positive news.
