In all seriousness, you have to wonder who the buyer is that can't come up with 5 million to close a deal.  Very strange and perhaps company rushed out a PR because of the share appreciation with built in assumptions.  I assumed the deal was done based on the action, sure I'm not the only one.  Always a bumpy ride with this stock and COVID seems like a convenient excuse imho.
