Feels like the buyer pulled a fast one...I agree Leb it feels that way. Maybe just maybe they are forcing POET's hand? I had mentioned a while ago that it was possible that POET would not release significant news (re their North American partner(s)) until after they received the money to avoid any conflict with China.  That was total speculation on my part but who knows?
