The Buyer needs dollar to pay POET. My suspicion is the lack of dollar liquidity due to the global export shutdown has hit our Buyer's purse. As economies open up, strains should ease and we'll get our money.

POET has enough funding already, so we don't need the money immediately. Hopefully our Buyer can figure it out.
