Yeah this was done last thing. I believe the buyer has been stringing POET along all week. Promising to pay up and not coming through. Then management had to act, due to the SP rise. 

Who knows?? They could cough up tomorrow, next week or whenever they bloody feel like it. I find it hard to believe management knew there was a delay, beyond a few days, and didn’t update the market sooner.
