TM is a CFO like many others. He is performing within the boundaries for the job.  Unfortunately, CFO's of developmental companies tend to have to do the kind of things some here, including me, complain about.

I set my expectations low for CFO's of developmental companies, so it keeps my disappointment level low.  Too often, they have to hustle to raise money and that's almost never good news for current investors. 

I don't envy the decision they had to make regarding disclosing non-payment.  Just when the stock was on a very nice run and seemed to have great momentum.  Had to be a killer decision, with the final word from Suresh.  I think the decision was correct, albeit painful.  The risk of having this stock run more and finally disclosing if the money didn't come in soon was too great.
