I am not sure if your reference to "Stop the hate" is in reference to prophecyman's comment about Mica, about business dealings with the Chinese or with both.  If your comment was specific in dealing with the Chinese, then I would agree about the concept of Xenophobia and indeed:  Stop the Hate!!!.... but with one reservation:  it isn't "Hate" to make sure you are aware that there are definite cultural differences in the way Europe and America conduct business and the way business is conducted in China.  He who fails to follow the BSA Scout Law,  A Scout is… TRUSTWORTHY, or who fails to recognize that in a busisness deal the other party might not subscribe to the BSA Scout Law is also commiting the Cardinal sin of:  NOT following another Boy Scout dictum:  "Always Be Prepared". 

The Chinese are wonderful people, remarkable people, highly intelligent and immensely resourceful but anyone conducting business with the Chinese can only be prepared for making contracts that are best faithfully executed by both parties if they have first exerted full effort to understand the limitations of the swimming pool where they choose to dive in.   "Be Prepared" is a necessary part of that understanding in this type of swimming pool.  A life preserver after the fact isn't much help.
