The Chinese are frugal and very crafty business people. They see an opportunity to delay payment because of the pandemic and they have seized that opportunity. @ 7%  $5,000,000.00 generates approx. $1,000.00 a day . A  30 day delay will give the buyer a $30,000.00 profit . They obviously see this as better in their pockets'  than Poet's.
