Okiedo: My apology for the oversized letters in my previous post.  I had copied and pasted then and attempted to reduce the size of the letters back to at least something simlar to the other font size used for most of my post.

Instead of pasting something with the usual [Ctrl+V], you could try [Shift+Ctrl+V]. It pastes the pure text, without any formatting.

However, since it removes any and all formatting, including links: Handle with care!
