I was thinking back to the February NR that had many of us intrigued:  (Excerpts from the initial release) 

"POET negotiated a delay in the payment schedule from the Buyer, due in part to an unrelated third-party expressing interest in acquiring DenseLight in late December. The unrelated third party continues to be in confidential discussions with all parties to participate in the current transaction."

I guess we'll never really know the true story, but when the final tranche payment was delayed, I did think back to this little nugget.  Then again, there are many things we will never know, including the RFP with the Indian Space Program, what Tony Blevins was doing on the T-RAB...
