As much as I really hope that the SP increases significantly within 26 trading days, etc., there is no guarantee that this will happen, and the market is aware of that, so there is still risk. There have been a lot of things with POET over the years that were a done deal and de-risked (and I have been fooled by this), but typically they did not pan out. Hopefully this time is different, but that phrase has also been used too often, and turned out to be false. Best to be cautious, POET can always extend the warrents again if needed, nothing is for sure.
