Leb, if Mika is planning on discussing some new, material updates, then I'd say an NR might precede his presentation. I don't know that the fact the presentation is an hour prior to market opening would be sufficient disclosure and dissemination to satisfy regulators.  

Here's hoping TM is on his game as he was in his previous presentation.
