Yes sure we could have two delays simultaniously, certainly is possible.  But it's a little bit of a coincidence,  given the level of cofidence management spoke with recently.  I'd have thought the tier 1 relationship would be a little more predictable at this stage.  That said I am making the assumption that the news we need, to get the SP moving, is the tier 1 revelation. Of course it could be something entirely different.
