I believe for the games to end, the company has to engage better with the analyst community, right now we have one analyst covering the company and he isn't a market mover that's for sure.
I believe the financing from 2016 is rearing it's ugly head again and we will need a lot of buying to get these guys to stop playing their games (by shorting the stock because they have 52c warrants) they may also be counting on zero public coverage and knowing the company doesn't use resources (at this time) to promote the stock, that unfortunately helps keep it down as well.
