I agree, this fact is being overlooked.

How does the tranche payment affect the share price, as we know whoever has put the iceberg at .60 is not in a hurry to sell?

Well, I would like to believe the final tranche will increase the share price, which really makes me wonder why the shorts went up last week, this has been known since Sidoti.
