Nope, Jack could not write that way. The style is familiar and I think he's actually a good guy, and long to boot. I understand his perspective. 

Given how well the LOI was kept quiet, makes me feel a little better at the chance of really good news without advance warning in the price/volume. 

Has everyone noticed that most of the volume lately had come in the first hour or two of trading?  It's interesting. Not sure what it indicates, but the share price is not crushed by it assuming that early volume is generated by sellers.
