This thread is turning sour TB,
I could use ignore but have never done so so why start now. May I say you write well using all the necessary jargon but I don't feel informed by anything you have said to date. To focus on finding fault with the JV just misses the point, that a highly competent manufacturer has done its DD and likes what it sees enough to sign a LOI for a JV for a product that resolves the principle problems holding back implementation of optoelectrical IC, in an industry and at a time when demand is burgeoning. Surely that is a major tick in the box.
Meanwhile in Allentown? A company who has an approved product, several interested major customers, the funding it needs to run as a fablight company and a major manufacturer wanting to create the capacity to build the said products suggests that surely, even for someone trapped by the Coppetti era hype should be pleased that there's is a lot of money to be made for its shareholders. Why be concerned about ten years blathering about it, I don't see the fault in considered optimism of the board particularly when you're about to be come a lot richer once these facts are understood by the newfound interest from investors in tech stocks. Nothing to be glum about there is there?
