"Our premier technology platform is the POET Optical Interposer,which I will cover in some detail later in this presentation. During the period that we owned and operated DenseLight, we invested much ofthose four years designing and developing lasers and detectors,specifically for the Optical Interposer. We continue to enjoy a closerelationship with DenseLight, and expect them to remain one of ourmajor suppliers. Although we closed on the sale of the transactionback in November, I'm happy to announce that we will have thepayment process completed by the week of July 6."
