Agreed Quan, fortunate we have a debenture holder who was willing to share this information.  I would be surprised if we don't get something after close today confirming payment and amount.  perhaps some additional details, but wouldn't bank on it.

I'm not so sure about waiting until next week.  If the company deems this to be a material event, then they must report it immediately per the TSX-V policy  I guess it depends on whether or not it is considered material news.
