I can't see how there isn't a PR on this deal closing.  Firstly, they issued one to say there was delay so a follow up is simple logic.  Also, this is good news right?  Well then, anything you can put out to get these warrants in the money is a no brainer.   I don't see how this "news" buried in a word of mouth fashion is in the cards, I'm expecting a formal acknowledgment to the market.  And it is good news!
