Is it fair to wonder who we are in an agreement with that can't come up with a lousy 2.5 million to close a deal as previously agreed?  I find the paltry haggling somewhat disconcerting to be honest.  Anyways, only one piece of a larger exciting puzzle, glad it's behind us.
