Leafnation, I liken this to the old paper drives (are you old enough to remember those?) or blood drives.

Poet is "driving" to get more widely known, and thereby enhancing the chances for a share price increase.  I'm sure this has been planned in connection with the recently extended warrants.  

Hopefully some hard and good news will be available sometime well before the expiry of the warrants. I get the sense that Poet believes that the event that drives that news will happen pretty soon. Never a guarantee, however, rather good faith belief  

In the meantime, raising awareness is a good tactic.
