I think that sentence in the Zacks report, “POET Technologies has no institutional holdings or ownership by management and directors of its common shares”, is simply lacking an adjective like “large”, “relevant”, “significant”, or “noteworthy”.

Its an oversight that I don’t appreciate at all, but no drama either.
