If POET has what we all believe they have, the overhang of warrants/options will evaporate like water on a hot summer day.

There will be no requirement for a r/s, as Zack suggested, since demand for the POET shares will be extreme, and the price will rise substantially even the with further dilution from exercised warrants.

In my opinion more shares will be needed to keep the price from going to the moon....in which case they could just do an old fashion split, which will make everyone here very happy.
